Riverside Garden Club will open their door to area rose enthusiasts for a very special edition of Stephen’s Rose Garden Chronicles focused on the Nutmeg State. Adding to scenes and stories from his private gardening clients, Stephen recounts how a sepctacular revitalization was brought to the Helen S Kamen Rose Garden, the country’s oldest public rose garden located at Elizabeth Park in West Hartford, Connecticut.
